Does the signature work in Gmail?
Yes. Click Copy signature, then in Gmail go to Settings, See all settings, General, Signature, and paste. The signature uses table-based HTML with inline styles, which Gmail renders reliably.
Does it work in Outlook and Apple Mail?
Yes. In Outlook: Settings, Account, Signatures, paste. In Apple Mail: Settings, Signatures, paste, and uncheck 'Always match my default message font'.
How do I add my photo or company logo?
Paste a URL to an image that is already hosted somewhere public, like your website or LinkedIn photo. Email clients need hosted images; embedded ones get stripped. If you skip it, the design uses your initials instead.
